Role Overview

The Corporate Accounting Associate position plays a key role in the efficient operations of the Accounting Department and will handle a variety of generalist accounting duties supporting the organization’s accounting and finance functions across multiple entities, including compiling and reviewing financial information, reconciling accounts, and timely reporting of company financial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures across multiple entities

- Maintain up-to-date and timely monthly or quarterly account reconciliations, and assist in identifying and explaining variances.

- Record journal entries over a variety of accounts in the company’s general ledger and subledgers.

- Assist in compiling and preparing financial statements, schedules, and management reports for review by finance leadership.

- Assist with audit preparation by gathering supporting documentation and schedules requested by external auditors.

- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by compiling data and maintaining supporting schedules.

- Assist in analyzing financial performance and account trends to help identify variances and support review by senior finance staff.

- Assist with compiling and organizing data to support financial modeling and analysis as requested.

- Comfortable balancing day-to-day execution with exposure to high-level strategy.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
