Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Solution Architect, Enterprise Applications to design, implement, and optimize the core systems that run our business — including ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, homegrown applications, and emerging AI-driven solutions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of business operations and technical execution. The right person deeply understands business functions and uses that understanding to design systems that improve processes and drive growth. You will be a key partner to leadership in shaping our future technology, defining how our systems connect, how data flows, and how our applications evolve as the business grows.
This role requires someone to be a hands-on builder, a strategic thinker, and a highly effective communicator across the entire business.
What You'll Own
- The architecture and design of our enterprise applications ecosystem, centered on platforms like NetSuite
- The structure and flow of data across NetSuite and all integrated systems
- The definition of integration patterns, data standards, and system design principles
- The hands-on delivery of scalable, impactful solutions across the application stack
- The identification and enablement of AI-driven capabilities that move the business forward
Key Responsibilities
Business-Driven System Design
- Develop a deep understanding of our core operational workflows, and use that understanding to drive system design decisions
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to translate real business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Lead architecture and solution design discussions, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution
- Establish best practices for system design, data models, and cross-platform workflows
Architecture & Optimization
- Architect, configure, and continuously improve our core systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, others), prioritizing business needs
- Ensure existing core technology is optimized, embracing the full scope of out-of-the-box solutions and targeted customization development where needed
- Own delivery from requirements through go-live on key initiatives
- Communicate new capabilities to the business to ensure business improvement keeps pace with evolving technology opportunities
Integration & Data Architecture
- Design and oversee integrations between systems — ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, homegrown solutions, BI platforms, eCommerce, AI platforms, and others
- Define patterns for APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions (e.g., Celigo)
- Ensure master and transactional data integrity and consistency across systems
- Support the design of BI data pipelines and partner closely with the BI team to ensure they have reliable, well-structured access to the data they need from across the application ecosystem
Homegrown Solution Development & Evolution
- Support the design, development, and ongoing evolution of internally built solutions that span multiple business disciplines — including demand planning, material requirements planning, and other areas where off-the-shelf tools don't fully meet our needs
- Partner with business owners and leadership to identify where custom-built solutions are the right answer and where purchased platforms should be leveraged
AI & Automation Enablement
- Identify and architect AI-driven capabilities across the enterprise application stack
- Design how AI tools integrate into existing systems and data flows in ways that are practical and usable by business teams
- Stay current on emerging AI and automation capabilities, and bring relevant opportunities to leadership
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise applications in an ERP-centric environment
- Strong solution architecture and system design experience

- Experience designing and implementing integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS platforms) Strong communicator who can work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
-
Preferred
- Hands-on NetSuite experience including base configuration and customization
- Experience integrating NetSuite with other platforms
- Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms

- Hands-on builder — willing and able to implement, not just design
- Operational thinker — understands how applications, data, and business processes connect in practice
- Strong communicator — bridges technical and business perspectives with clarity and credibility

This person is responsible for making sure that ecosystem works as a cohesive platform, rather than a collection of disconnected tools. As we continue to grow and invest in technology, this role will shape how we operate — and how we compete.
This is a remote position.
